Thank you for all the time youve spent writing this walkthrough!

I recently converted from windows to fedora 3 and was completely lost. I could barely get around at all, and I am hardly a novice pc user. So the first chance I got I connected to the internet (it took me about an hour to work out how!) and found this site. It is an absolute life-saver. I sure there are hundreds of newbies to fedora, who are also looking for a comprehensive guide to using it. II didnt want to buy the expensive guide books, and would have been put off linux if it wasn for the help on this site.

Why not contact redhat and ask them to put a link to here on their site? Im sure it will help many other newbies. Thank you!

I've been using fc3 for a little while now and everything has been good so far. I'm going to stick another nic card in the fc3 comp and set it up as a firewall, not sure if I'll setup nat or not. I'm curious to see how easy this is in fc3.
