I/O Error: [Errno 28] No space left on the device I’m still getting this error even I’ve more space left on the drive. My drive is a FAT32 System?
When I start to redownload it says “Permission Denied” ….. I’m downloading 120 GB using bit tornado …?
I’ve scanned many times often…? but i get these…

Pls helppppp…..

when you get the error that you ran out of space, after you delete files to free up space, do you have to redownload everything all over again?

SCANDISK ISSUE:
windows has by default a virtual memory with variable size. so if you run scandisk, and you are scanning the drive with the swap-file (the virtual memory) on it -c: by default- then windows might change the size of it while you scan, because windows is evil, and scandisk notices that “the content of drive soandso have changed”. to get around that, change the virtual memory setting to fixed, around double the size of your ram. then you can scandisk all you want, and bittorrent all you want.

the smallest, and because of that the most efficient and fast bt client is for me utorrent, its about 150kb binary file, saves only a settings file to user directory (yes, windows) and uses about 6megs ram in a typical situation. it has all the features like bitcomet or azureus, but its a lot smaller and straightforward. its of course freeware, like most clients (try to sell a btclient, haha)

i recomend it, especially if you dont have the latest mashine, it does not slow down the system like a huge java-app like azureus does (or so i heard)

This is odd……….I’m getting the dreaded “file not found” error also partway through a dl as described by CrazyDiamond above….it seems like I can reinitiate the torrent and it will continue dl’ing for a few minutes – probably be able do dl most if not all in this way, but what a pain in the a**!
Using bittorrent, win xp, etc, etc…..probably a long filename problem, but seems funny that it’s intermittent….perhaps the torrent is “filling around” the problem file?? Strange…..

I get “errno=28″ sending a short message to Cuba. I have plenty of space and I can on my drives and I can send the same message to other computers.
The problem is reported from
“qmail-send program at mta1.correodecuba.cu.”
Any explanation?
