William Powell, author of The Anarchist Cookbook, has apparently had a change of heart. He’s posted an editorial at Amazon.com where he apparently disavows his own book, citing youthful ignorance. One choice cut:
I want to state categorically that I am not in agreement with the contents of The Anarchist Cookbook and I would be very pleased (and relieved) to see its publication discontinued. I consider it to be a misguided and potentially dangerous publication which should be taken out of print.
I do not know if Amazon.com has verified that this person is actually the author.

steven has a point. “youthful ignorance” i have read up on william powell that does not sound like that man but who knows. kid are naturaly stupid of course they want to try to make a bomb i thinh that is called “youthful bordum” we are just bord same shit different day

Ok, Bryan. If you are so eager to learn, please learn to spell. Steven, please learn to speak. Jared, kids are not naturally stupid. They are naturally misguided. People have led children and teens to believe that violence is acceptable. If our children were educated properly by parents, friends, and media, they might read books such as The Anarchist Cookbook and not actually carry out the recipes in it. And it is entirely justified for William Powell to be upset. He was being rash and was angry when he wrote the book, so he has EVERY right to be ashamed of this book.

Okay only four years later, but Angela, I learned all my violent ways from the US government. Attack the innocent, kill woman and children, burn cities, blow up wedding parties. Then there’s my favorite, SWAT, yeah, kill dogs, step on kids heads, throw grandma on the floor, then jump on her back, while giving her a shoulder dislocating chicken wing. And shoot the guy with a bible, taser the 9 year old, in the head, yeah. I love being an American, we kill who we want, nothing anybody can do about it. yeah, red white and kill.
