National Security Service created to spy on Americans

June 29, 2005 @ 3 Comments

President Bush today signed an executive order, among other things, creating the National Security Service as a division of the FBI, to consolidate domestic intelligence activities, i.e. spying on Americans and within the U.S.

In addition, the order allows for the seizure of assets of anyone suspected to be involved in weapons of mass destruction. Great, here we go again. This was bad enough when they started doing it in the War on (some) Drugs, and innocent people started losing their money, cars and even homes. It’s just going to get worse now.

In all, President Bush accepted 70 of the 74 recommendations made by the Silverman-Robb Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction.

    OMG…

Not again. I remember the war on drugs. It didn’t seem to work so we are going to try it again.
