Miami attorney Jack Thompson didn’t stop after his vicious attacks on the popular video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He’s now targeting The Sims 2.
Thompson, who represents defendants in homicides and other crimes he claims were inspired by Grand Theft Auto, claims that a simple code in The Sims 2 unlocks the “blur” effect over nipples and genitals in the game, providing “full frontal nudity.”
Electronic Arts, the game’s manufacturer, admits the existence of the code, but states that the sims are not anatomically correct.
“This is nonsense. We’ve reviewed 100 percent of the content. There is no content inappropriate for a teen audience. Players never see a nude sim. If someone with an extreme amount of expertise and time were to remove the pixels, they would see that the sims have no genitals. Some people have way too much time on their hands. Jack Thompson is one of them. His punishment should be to be displayed naked on Miami Beach so that any and all can point and laugh at his shriveled little excuse for genitals.
