They are stopping rescue efforts in areas where there are still people to be evacuated. We have been coordinating with a team in Pride, LA. The flow of drinking water has been cut (by who knows) in order to force people to evac. The problem with this is that her team has no help other than the evacuees, 2 vehicles. They are being expected to move the people an hour away. They have been pulling out about 40/day. They have at least 100 asking to leave. They can't take them. They just drop off food and water, mark them on the map, and tell them they will be back. I am amazed at the insanity of these people making the decision to cut off water to people so they leave!!!
