Deputies at the Orange County jail in California have a long history of assaulting and battering people brought into the jail for even the most minor offenses. And the corrupt city officials are doing nothing about it except settling out of court and paying off the inevitable lawsuits.
The latest victim was Joshua Dominic Wilson, 20, a defensive back for semi-pro football team the Southern California Smash.
Unlike football, which has rules of conduct and penalties for cheaters, beatings in the jail are one-sided contests, where — thanks to the weak-kneed management of Sheriff Mike Carona — despicable acts routinely go unpunished. Beating prisoners doesn’t require any skill; any group of 9-year-olds armed with high-voltage taser guns and pepper spray can torture someone who is handcuffed and confined. The home team always wins.
Wilson learned this lesson on Sept. 24, after Huntington Beach police transported him to the OC Jail because he’d failed to resolve an old traffic ticket. He was stripping for a body search when he says an irritable deputy provoked an incident. The deputy told him to lift his arms up. He complied. “Higher,” the deputy ordered. Wilson became concerned. His arms were already as high as he could stretch them, a fact he says the deputy ignored. “Raise your arms,” the deputy yelled a third and fourth time. Wilson, who was wearing only pants, responded, “Fuck, they’re already raised as high as they can go.”
“Okay, that’s it,” the deputy told Wilson. “Put your hands behind your back.”
Wilson did what he was told. After he was handcuffed, a group of deputies pounced.
“They slammed me against a wall, and then one of them sprayed a can of pepper spray directly into both of my eyes — which were wide open because I had no idea what they were doing or why,” said Wilson. “I had done everything they told me to do. I wasn’t starting any problem. I’d done nothing wrong. I was cooperating to the fullest.”
After emptying the pepper spray can, deputies fired two taser darts into Wilson’s back.”They zapped me with the electricity for about a minute,” he said. “I felt my heart pumping and I couldn’t breathe. I was screaming in pain. Then they’d pause for a second and zap me again. I’d say they zapped me four or five different times. It just didn’t stop.”
According to Wilson, the deputies weren’t finished. Still handcuffed, outnumbered and unable to see because of the pepper spray, Wilson was then punched and kicked so severely they fractured his nose in three places, ripped his lip, busted his eye socket and ribs, pounded his jaw, cut his leg and bruised his shoulder. Blood poured. A huge knot swelled on his head.
Next, they hog-tied him, twisting his legs behind his back. The hold aggravated an old knee injury, and he pleaded, “Please stop! Please stop!” But the deputies only pushed harder, he recalls. “I was scared that they were going to break my knees,” he said. “That’s all that was on my mind — that my chance for a football career would be over.”
The 10-minute beating ended when a higher-ranking officer arrived and ordered his deputies to “calm down.” They tossed Wilson into a cell, brought a video camera and interrogated him. Apparently, the interview with the blood-soaked Wilson didn’t suit the sheriff’s department’s purposes. They removed the handcuffs and ordered him to wash the blood off his face, throat, head and shoulders. After telling him they were thinking about accusing him of assaulting them, deputies rerecorded the interview with a terrified Wilson. . . .
But in August the Weekly exposed the brutal beating of San Clemente businessman Greg Hall, who was being processed in the jail after a minor traffic accident. Deputies punched, kicked and tortured Hall, who was handcuffed, hooded and left to sit in his own feces for 12 hours. He emerged from jail with a concussion, broken ribs, a gash in his leg, an eye contusion, broken veins in his feet, a shattered front tooth, lacerations and bruises over his body, contusions to his knee, neck pain, a fractured right wrist, and nerve damage to his left hand. In response, amused sheriff’s officials shrugged. One laughed.
It’s a situation screaming for immediate reform. Since rogue deputies apparently aren’t going to be fired or disciplined, here’s an idea: audio- and videotape the processing of everyone entering the jail. That would help settle allegations of abuse.
But even such modest reforms are unlikely. Carona, local judges, the grand jury and the county’s Board of Supervisors — which regularly pays out millions of taxpayer dollars to settle abuse cases — have proved to be co-conspirators. For example, the previous grand jury began investigating the jail last year but decided one subject was off-limits: jail beatings. In a May report that echoed deputy demands for more money and better offices, the grand jury hinted at its lack of concern about the violence. Deputies treated them with “respect and courtesy” when they visited the jail, they noted.
There’s hope, however. Carona — struggling through embarrassing revelations about his incompetence, connections to felons, fund-raising irregularities and a sordid mess involving an alleged series of extramarital affairs — might not be in office after next June’s election. The new grand jury could take its government watchdog role seriously. And thank God for the FBI: following the Weekly’s Aug. 12 “Justice Takes a Beating” cover story about abuses in the OC Jail, a federal agent met with Hall. Perhaps the agency will be interested in talking to Wilson too. He’s got a story to tell.

I gave birth while I was incarcerated at this same jail. During the delivery of my son my pelvis was broken and when I returned to the jail the deputies failed to acknowledge my injuries. I could not walk for and was in extreme pain for weeks afterwards. The medical staff too did not treat me or even give me an x-ray to confirm my injuries. ( i found all this out after i was released).
The deputies abused me mentally, emotionally and threatened me physically.

I was abused by the deputies at OCJ for not working “fast enough” in the kitchen. They took me down a hallway twisted my arms behind my back and proceeded to kick me in the tesicles repeatedly for 10 minutes. they then threatened to throw me into disciplinary isolation if i told anyone. This article is not bullshit. It is the god’s honest truth.

first of all i have recently had a case overturned and in the process

Hello,
I am a father of 4, two are 5 and under. On Christmas Eve my daughter, now in recovery, called 911 to report her father (me) was beating her. This call was pretty standard for us. It’s usually over something silly, but she goes into rages instantly due to continued hard-drug abuse for last 2 years.
This time was different: as the OC sheriff investigated and wrapped up the visit upstairs, 2 deputies ventured into my garage. They found me resigned to the unbelievable incident on Christmas Eve. I sighed, asking why this continues and why there is not some sort of program for her and the constant hell she has brought upon us.
But this time things were different: deputy #1 (out of the blue) stated, “you don’t like authority do you (my name)? You don’t like me do you (my name). My heart was racing, i felt short of breath. I explaned I needed to get my wife to explain (obviously they have not been here as i assumed). But as i reached for my garage door, WHAM! I am on the ground. I did not struggle, i did not speak a word.
It was 10 hours later when being released from Men’s Central in Orange that i found out what the charge was, “resisiting arrest.” I was confused. And still wonder how this could have happened.
Two days later my wife explained that the 2 deputies never came upstairs, but were wandering around downstairs and arrived as things were settled down.
My wife and i are loving parents and part of the problem since we’ve never been hard enough on my daughter, but she is now in rehab–we should have done something severe (get into a hospital) 2 years ago.
My youngest son has not stopped wetting his bed since he understood dad went away Christmas Eve. And i was not there when all of them came down stairs Christmas morning to see what Santa brought them.
I’ll never forget Christmas Eve, 2006. Nor will my children.
Please believe me when I say: I’ve always respected OC Sheriff, and taught my children to respect. But can anyone quantify the damage these 2 bad cops did to society? Some day my children will be grown up, but they will probably fear the police. And, I waisted my childhood listening to how Russia and China were “police states.” There was a time when I would have died for what this country stood for.
We are still in disbelief.

So basically these criminals victimize the weak and destroy our communities with their selfish & evil behavior. Afterwards the Sheriff’s Deputies have to control these raging & uncooperative criminals in order to maintain law and order in the jail. Suddenly the criminal thinks he is the “victim” and wants to get some money from the county (lottery!) because according to his memory he was “behaving like an angel” when some cruel deputies took time out of their shift to assault same criminal for no reason whatsoever. Conveniently a lawyer comes around and will file any lawsuit possible so he can line his own pocket book with taxpayer money (Ambulance chaser). Winner: criminal and lawyer who thinks criminal has been “victimized.” Loser: Taxpayer and Deputy Sheriff who deals with violent criminals 40 hours a week…I am thankful that the vast majority of citizens can see through these lies.

A good bunch of them all pushed around when they were kids. Now they all want there pay back and does not matter who it is. So watch what you do in orange county Ca. or you might be next. When I did my state time the guards treat you with the upmost respect. If your looking at doing any time tell the judge you want state time. What can we the people of orange county Ca. due to get our Justis without having an all out WAR with these nazi’s and how safe are we on the street!

On March 27, 2007 I was arrested by the Costa Mesa Police Department for a single car accident DUI. (I ran into a curb and my airbag deployed.) In shock from the accident and confused about everything, I got out of the vehicle and proceeded to call a friend to see what to do. CMPD arrived shortly thereafter and stated that it was a hit and run even though I was still in clear view of my vehicle. I was 100% cooporational with the officers, submitted two breathalyzer tests which registered .20 and .22. The officers arrested me and charged me with DUI, Failing to submit to a BAC test and Hit and Run. I notified both officers that my father had been an LA County sherrif for almost 40 years and that I was in fear of being injured by other inmates once placed into custody. I currently am disabled and under the care of a psychatrist and psychologist. I notified the deputies that I had not taken my meds in almost 24 hours. Once at the Costa Mesa Jail, I reguested several times access to a telephone call, a bailbondsman or either one of my doctors to no extent. At this time it was determined that I was to be sent to The OJC. Once I arrived at OCJ, they could not admit me due to an extremely high pulse and heart beat. Once placed back into the CMPD car, the Orange County Deputy Sherrifs at OCJ taunted me and made threats to “wait and see what happened” when I returned. I was then brought to an unknown hospital where I was handcuffed by both hands to the rails of a bed while the two CMPD officers were trying to concoct a story of how I was attempting to escape. (Not sure if they thought I was going to wheel myself out on a cuffed to a stretcher or what) I was then given a shot of an unknown medication and returned to OJC. Once I arrived there, I was placed in a holding cell still handcuffed, told to turn around. I then had 7+ deputies jump on me. 2 standing on my head, 1 standing on my neck, 1 twisting each arm until I thought my wrists would snap. And the jumpsuit I was wearing was torn off of my body. After about a 10 minute struggle, a deputy told me that they would be telling all the inmates about my father’s affiliation with the LA Sherrif’s office and that I would be getting beat. Then a vest of some sort was thrown at me and I was told to wear it like a towel. I was forec to sit in this vest for almost 15 hours. I am a supporter of law enforcement, however the Deputies in the Orange County Jail system continually abuse, assault inmates and deprive them of their civil rights and dignity. I was incarerated at OCJ for almost 96 hours without access to a telephone, lawyer or bondsman after multiple requests. The cell I was placed in had no running water, and I made several attempts to notify staff that I did not have any running water(including writing “deputy please” in mustard on the window) other that the toilet. I was forced to drink water out of the toilet as I was suffering from dehydration. I was repeatedly given unknown medications and an unknown injection. Its great to know that a simple DUI can bring on such abuse.

The bottom line is the OC sheriffs are sociopaths and worse then criminals. I had one encounter with OC Jail after a DUI and it was the worst 13 hours of my life. After reading this article I guess I was lucky to not be beaten to a pulp. I wonder how these sociopaths get jobs and hold on to them with the stuff they pull. The federal government needs to step in and PUT CAMERAS EVERYWHERE to keep THESE SCUM SHERIFF’S DUPUTIES IN CHECK.

Several years ago our son was detained by OC Sheriff’s for several hours in a local substation. He was 15 and had been on the beach with some friends before curfew. The police dispersed the kids and when my son walked away towards where his car was parked they told him his car couldn’t be parked there. They threw him into the bushes, hogtied him and beat him with their flashlights according to some witnesses. When we picked him up at the station he had bruising and broken vessels in his neck. When we got him home we saw later he had the perfect impression of a heel mark in his chest where he had been kicked and bruising on his ribs and flank. He had been told by the sheriff’s he was being taught a lesson. We spoke to an attorney but told taht if we pressed charges the sheriff’s in our area would make it a living hell to live there. There were never any charges brought against our son.

The only people who aren’t blind from the truth seem to be people who have first hand experience with the OC Sheriffs, or know someone who has been through it. It is very unfortunate, and it is the reason why this continues.

By the way, “Resisting arrest” charges after beating someone is common. They will sometimes allow you to go home and heal up for a few weeks, refile the charge, and THEN pick you up.

I’ve been in and out more then a few times, I’am not too happy to say that but we all screw up from time to time! I have seen alot guys get the tar beat out them I guess I was lucky and I also took the chance when it was offered to me hein court to go to prison. Wasco state prison is not much better but the C,O’s treat you with respected not like oc nazi’s do. But never mind all that let me get to my point. My son was arrested for DUI on 01/27/07 and transported to OCSD Central. His blood alchol was .08. On his arrest papers was the fact that he had 3-4 staples in his head for an injury which occurred 2 days prior to this arrest. At the time of booking, he was told to put his hands behind his back, responding, “My hands are behind my back Sir”, was handcuffed and with that, four other so called deputies emerged, one female with a video camera and proceed to beat him repeatedly, smashing his already injured head into the wall, privately videotaping the entire incident with their camera, laughing the entire time. When they finally got done with their humor, they threw him into a cell. According to him, the room was spinning and his head was pounding and he requested medical attention. They laughed, called him a “pussy” and ignored his request. Fearing another beating he laid there all night, listening to the other beatings with other arrestees. Upon his release, he went to the front desk, requesting to file a formal complaint, when the deputy behind the desk came up over the desk, advising him if he did not get his ass out of there, he’d throw him in jail again and didn’t need a reason. Now, that’s what I call our finest. These individuals are suppose to be upholding the law; instead, they are violating not only civil but consitutional rights of all arrestees when this sort of behavior occurs. They are no different than a child abuse or wife beater-same category, only they get to wear the badge. They are ignorant uneducated individuals who are allowed to wear a badge by the OCSD, and they all have a chip on their shoulder. I contaced Orange Co. DA office re “private video taping”, who said illegal. Internal affairs said they can with an unruly inmate. It does not take anyone being unruly; it’s about power and the OCSD doing what they want to do when they want to do it. OCSD has been doing this behavior for a long time now. What these ignorant rogue cops don’t realize is that the proof is in the video. Statue has not yet run. I want these deputies stripped of their power-luckily, he was able to see names and made it a point to obtain them bc charges will be filed. He’s currently under medical treatment for a post concussion syndrome, which is our main priority right now; a college educated individual with math being his forte and now has problems with simple addition and subtraction. Somebody will be held responsible for these actions.

in summer of 2005 my son was badly beaten by a deputy in orange county central jail, was waiting to go out to visiting, was hit by a
deputy beaton in the legs fell to the floor then another officer jumped on him started beating him picked him up and rammed his head into the metal door. so hard that the door opened. beaton so badly that he did not even know what was happing to him. he was put in a cell and searched, he was bleading from his ears. deputys did not want to take him to hospital, was told by nurse to take him to hospital, then was put in L mod where no one can see him or get to him, they hide tham after thay beat them. id go visit my son he’d be shaking from the terrior of the beating , i talked to other women who’s sons were beaten by these deputys, and one was taken to a mental hospital where they hide them their. these guys just flip out, the officers at orange county jail are horrible.

your sappose to be innocent until proven guilty! no thats not the way the system is, you are guilty until you prove you are innocent, as soon as you go into that jail you are guilty and treated as if you are guilty. how many people have gone into one of these jails and are really innocent, and have to plead guilty just to get out even tho they are innocent. the justice system is just as bad as the criminals.

Now that Carona was caught red handed, we can only hope that there will be some cleaning up in that facility. It’s time all send their concerns to the Governor-opps, he likes him!! What a state of turmoil this all is; one covers for the next so how will anything ever be resolved unless legal action is taken. It’s not about “black” power, or white power or even red or blue power-it’s about constitutional and civil rights that is suppose to be given to all, which is not happening. If you’re rich, you get a “GET OF JAIL FREE CARD”. If you’re poor, good luck. I’d like to see Carona behind bars for many many years, along with his team of hoodlums who are paid to violate citzens time and time again. Enough is enough.

I suppose the DA should have done something profound they should have arrested me for something lawfully. The first question will be why was a mother of 3 arrested and why after 3 days did she not see a judge? Why is there no record of her arrest? Does this woman even have a prior parking ticket? What did we as the OC sheriffs do in the past? What did she see and is she credible? I suppose if she had been a criminal and there was cause I would have no reason to write anything at all. Once again, how far is the corruption and from my studies America still belongs to the people. The men or women in green have shown complete cruelty but not all in the dept go along with them, it seems this is still a democracy and not even brotherhood criminals will dictate nightmares for a paycheck!

this article sounds like a replay of my sons experiences. he was harrassed (home and car repeatedly raided and searched) because they mistakenly thought he was someone else that had outstanding warrants. he was beaten by 2 officers at the station and tasered when he asked if he was being arrested. this has resulted in him having disabling anxiety attacks.

I suggest a good civil rights attorney; this needs to be stopped now. A majority of the so called “sheriff” department are uneducated individuals and by bringing suit against this department, maybe, just maybe, these ignorant civil rights violaters will be prosecuted to the extent of the law.

The other day I saw 3 crusiers and 2 motor cycles all around a car with one female driver. (hand cuffed on curb)
a few minutes later she pulled in to the store I was at. I could she she was shaken up badly. I asked what happened.
She said I got pulled over for no seat belt. Aggitated she told the cop she thought these were chicken shit tickets.

So the Pussy deputy panics-(she was 5.4 maybe 100lbs)calls for back up and they swarm her hand cuff her and threatened her. Luckily she did not get beat.

Check out the OC Register for 01/08-these rogue cops are under investigation for tasering downed arrestes which they’ve been doing for literally YEARS. Finally, the proof is in the video. There is one handcuffed inmate & 6+ deputies on him physically. Where is the Governor and I’d like to know how many times the same rogue cop is in these different abusive videos. They all need to be stripped of their power NOW. Of course anyone arrested is going to try and save themselves-the one guy was screaming he couldn’t breathe while this fat overweight OCS had his fat overweight knee in his head. Justice? As I entered the building I was greeted by Deputy Mannsfield who said I cannot come into the building I stated that I am an American and I have an unfedered right to access the courts and I will take this issue to the County Supervisor if he obstructed my JUSTICE on my OFFICIAL BUISNESS. He decided to go on and let me into the building. As I arrived on the 3rd floor to the clerks office I filed the 827 Motion to discover and for the JV050 sub of attourney the clerk said to go to the court room and have that paper filed in the court room. By the time I was exiting the clerks office on the 2nd floor and on my way to the 3rd floor about 4 deputies rushed up on me they just stood there and didnt say nothing I kept walking to get my buisness conducted I used the stairs and while in the stairwell Mannsfiel and Brunswick started following me close behind and I stopped to let them pass well they stopped too so I continued walking and then I stopped again and this time I asked why are you following me? Mannsfield said ” This is my building I can do whatever the fuck I want!” I said to him last time I checked this is a Public county court house and unless Im being a security threat to the building you are harrassing me so please leave me alone, he said I can do whatever the fuck I want so what are you going to do about it, I said Im going to report you to your Supervisor what is your Supervisors name I asked? He said I dont have to give you shit! Then I asked for his name and badge number he covered it up with his hand I said Im here to conduct buisness and I arrived on the 3rd floor and there was an office by the female bathroom I went to go see if the clerk was avalible. Mannsfiel and Brunswick cornered me and 2 other male deputies were with them by this time and Mannsfield said to me ” You have 1 minute to leave my building or else Il arrest you for tresspassing!” I said how is that possible Im here on official buisness and I have a right to access the courts especially when I have a case here, He said I dont give a fuck! I said ok Ill leave but I will report you and as I started to walk out I found myself being slammed against the wall and handcuffed and Mannsfield was laughing and Brunswick stuck his hand down my shorts and broke the button off and then he gaulged his fingers up into my vagina and it made me twitch of discomfort and I told him do not touch me there and a female officer needs to conduct the search he slammed me against the wall and raised my shirt up and put his hands under my bra and he said ” shut the fuck up bitch your gettin it anyways!” Then 2 female Deputies arrived they picked my shorts up from around my ankles and conducted a search but not like Brunswick’s and then they took me down to the holding cell #8 on the 1st floor. While in the cell Mannsfield and about 8 other Deputies while Im handcuffed ordered me to ” get on my fucking knees!” I did so Mannsfield stated “Ill teach you to fuck around in my building!” they started slamming my head against the wall and caaling me foul names and they stuck a tazer in my neck and threatend to use it on me. I was in pain and I reminded them this was uncalled for I am cooperating and this is not in their post duties I said I want all of your names and badge numbers they said I cannot look at them and they started kicking stomping and slamming me. They transported me to Santa Ana Jail and labeled me as a bolligerant. The Deputies in the booking Dept. Under Sgt Mc Kenzie and Sgt.Daniels gave me the same treatment 8 to 10 of them beating me blocking the view of the overhead cameras and filming me with a handheld video camera laughing and threatining to kill me and name calling. On January 31st 2008 I had a court hearing (FAMILY) and I was disagreeing with Judge Caryl Lee and sitting in my chair while Deputy Meehan walked up behind me pulled my glassed off of my head and pulling hair IN THE COURT ROOM and I have an audio Mp3 recording of it and I told him to take hid hands off of me and he did so. Yes Ladies and Gentlemen this is corruption at its peak it needs to be stopped but when you give 12 year olds guns this is what happens, and all the cronie ass supervisors and all of them stick togeather and testilie because they can and they stand to proffit. By the way My socalled charges for them beating me down in the court house is 602 tresspassing and 148 obstruction of buisness with an agency when infact they commited the crimes and they are charging me with their crimes. Fuck you in the neck {lawabiding whoever}obviously the oc deputies have established a pattern and practice of committing high crimes and misdameamors. The only reason why you would say such a thing like that is because your one of them goon squad crooks. I don’t care if criminal or not the deputies are out of line to misconduct themselves this way. We put are trust in these socalled law enforcement to ensure our safety and rights to be secured not for them to abuse their authority because they can. They should not be wearing the uniform if so. The only time an officer should use force is when his or someone elses life is in eminant danger not for sport! Infact you talk about them being around dangerous crooks all day 24-7 well your right! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm; appears ignorance in the Sheriff system is all over this country-take a look at the badge wearing individual in Florida who dumped the man out of his wheelchair, while other badge wearing employees watched!! I am horrified by what I have read. My son was stopped by ocsd and “tazed” 6 times while he was on the ground and handcuffed. Then taken back to the police station slammed face down on the floor and his arm twisted behind his back until he felt it was going to break. He has always been xtremely hard worker putting in 60 hours a week and taking pride in over acheiving any goal set before him. He has now been so traumatized that he is now having psychological problems.
My husband is from a 3rd world country where people have no rights and the only form of justice that exists is how much money can buy. I THOUGHT THAT OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM WAS ONE OF THE THINGS THAT SEPERATED US FROM TYRANICAL COUNTRIES. But apparently ocsd has decided to adopt the methods 3rd world countries.
I used to visit Orange County and have spent all of our vacation money over the last 10 years in Orange County. THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! And I will be posting this information on every tourist feedback blog and forum available.

I’ve spent 15 months in Iraq and 3rd world law enforcement is like a gamble you could be treated with respect or they could just kill you kind of like Orange County. But Orange County acts more like Nazi Hitler shit that’s the methods pattern n practice they have addopted. I’m sorry to say but our country is corrupted because we stand to tolerate terrorism on our own soil commited by county and government officials who are CIVAL SERVANTS!!! We the People are the Government! Why are our Cival Sernants living better than us. Some of you work2 or 3 jobs and support their ways of life via tax dollars and why does not anyone take a stand to say this shit is enough!!! What’s wrong with you sheeple!!! I am a cival servant too! We all swear to an Oath and the corrupt ones who stand to proffit and abuse authorty needs to be removed swiftly. You notice like myself the football player and others they handcuff you then have about 10 Deputies beat and torture you that’s their pattern and practice which is a crime upon itself it needs to stop! The information I have is based on an LA Times article and my sons testimony of his experience with OCSD. He was a hard working over acheiver before he was tased multiple times and beaten (while handcuffed) by the ocsd. It was a life altering experience. I agree with you on the Class Action suit. I know of an attorney that files individual federal civil rights violation suits against ocsd. Let me get the legal opinion of this attorney and see if maybe they can represent multiple victims in a Class Action law suit.
My husband is from a 3rd world country where he at a young age was tortured by his government for asking a forbidden religious question.

When I went into the FBI office to tell of the problems with cop harrassment that looks about like Cop named Mark who is the new Jigsaw in Saw 6. The FBI already knew about it and told me to go to internal affairs about it. There is a major problem with corruption in this county, but it is bad all over. I recommended to the Sheriff here that they order the Harrassment in Law Enforcement brochure from the Justice Dept. in Washington, DC., as from reading about Mike Corona and some other cops who were charged with tampering with a federal witness, it looks like they do not know what the brochure says. From what I have seen of this county, it looks to me like a pattern of continual tampering with some people who might be possible federal witnesses.

I was arrested in 2007 for a DUI. I had a .08 after 2 glasses of wine with dinner.
In any case I was in the wrong as I was at the limit for arrest.
While in Orange County main jail. I had seen many many people abused and will testify in any court on this subject.
When I was younger I grew up in Huntington Beach and as a kid I did get into quite a bit of trouble again, my fault as it was usually caused by my drinking ( I have since quit)
But I can testify that I was beaten by the Huntington Beach police on 8 occasions.
I watched as my best friend Chris Klamczynski was beaten and clubbed in the head until he had severe brain damage by huntington beach police.
If anyone decides to pursue a class action law suite against OC jail or HB police I will testify in court and recall all occasions and police involved.

I read this report and it saddens me. I am a former U.S Marine who served during the Invasion of Iraq back in 2003. My girl friend and I were arguing about 3 days ago and the neighbors called the sheriffs. When they came, they didn’t arrest me. But they did do several things wrong. 1. They walked in my apartment uninvited (When I told them what they had done they said that she let them in and I told them that she wasn’t on the lease so she had no right to let them in. They didn’t care. 2. They searched my apartment UNAUTHORIZED. 3The black officer tried to provoke me. He asked if I had weapons. I said I had my NCO soward from my time in the Marines( A soward that is a part of my Dress Blue uniform since I was a Corporal. An NCO). The black sheriff turns to the latino sheriff (Who came out before and was actually on my side asking if she hit me. He wanted to arrest her for hitting me in the past.) The black sheriff said NC soward and I corrected him and he started to get upset. He said “You respect women right? You don’t want your kids to disrespect women?” I said “You don’t even know what went on. She goes off on me” He said “I don’t care. If I come out again, no matter what, we’re charging both of you for child abuse because they here you arguing.”
Point is, the OC Sheriffs are a fucking joke.
