Breaking news in the CIA leak case: Vice President Dick Cheney’s chief of staff Lewis “Scooter” Libby has been indicted on charges (PDF) of perjury, obstruction of justice, and making false statements, and while Karl Rove was not indicted today, he remains under investigation.
