I am a disabled vet, ex U.S. Army Counterintelligence Special Agent (class of 1994, Ft. Huachuca, AZ) with possible INTEL on AL QUEDA activity in JACKSONVILLE, FL. I was a tactical counterintelligence special agent assigned to the Three Corp Tactical Operating Center Special Compartmented Information Facility “SCIF” from 1994-1998 with a TS/SCI clearance. We the people of the U.S. do not hand out the highest level security clearance to just anyone, TS/SCI, read on to COUNTERINTELLIGENCE SPECIAL AGENT methods and techniques, listed as TS/SCI at Ft. Huachuca, AZ, U.S. Army Counterintelligence Special Agent course. I was tasked with Force Protection for the Korean warfighting scenarios and worked all of the warfighters between 1994-1998 as the counterintelligence special agent in charge of all human intelligence (HUMINT) coming into the Three Corp TOC SCIF. I was also the first predator UAV camera operator utilized during the Korean peninsula scenarios warfighter in the Three Corp TOC SCIF in 1996. I was deployed to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia out of Macdill Air force base, Special Operations Command Center, in 1995 under Joint Special Operations command when AL QUEDA (when Bin Laden was in Sudan) attempted to assassinate the President of Egypt at a joint terrorism summit in Addis in the summer of 1995, (INTEL is available on the state department website, declassified threat briefings for Ethiopia 1995). I have four army achievement medals, an army commendation medal, a good conduct medal, a humanitarian service medal, among other awards and ribbons. I am a Central Texas Police Academy graduate (graduated top of my class) and I have completely over 100 college credit hours at Florida State College at Jacksonville, FL, with a 3.9 GPA (on the dean’s list).

I was the lead Counterintelligence Special Agent for espionage, security violation case at the Three Corp Warfighter SCIF for Korea at Ft. Hood, TX, between 1994-1998. I PERSONALLY discovered over 20 pounds of classified material in the dumpsters outside of the Ft. Hood, THREE CORP, computer simulation warfighting center SCIF, as well as TWO SIGNED FOR DOUBLE WRAPPED COPIES OF OUR ACTUAL WAR PLANS FOR KOREA. IF THESE HAD FALLEN INTO THE HANDS OF THE NORTH KOREANS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AS IF THE PATRIOTS OBTAINED THE GAME PLANS AND PLAYBOOKS AGAINST THE COWBOYS DURING THE SUPERBOWL!!!! At a CIA threat briefing for Korea that year, I was taught that Chinese and North Korean agents will look for classified material in the dumps outside of military bases with SCIFs. I believe finding these two double wrapped, signed for copies of our war plans for Korea possibly averted a war between the U.S., North Korea, and China and possibly averted nuclear mutual destruction between China, North Korea and the U.S.

I believe that is a possibility that North Korea had paid for those two double wrapped copies of our war plans and I believe the people who signed for them were paid to throw them in the trash for the North Koreans. I also believe someone in the chain of command covered it and refused to investigate the officers who signed for the documents to cover overt espionage. I believe it is a possibility that the security manager at the warfighting simulation center and the people in the chain of command who did not allow me to further investigate the soldiers who signed for the war plans are part of an espionage ring. After I found the massive security violation I was blown off and told not to investigate any further. I was informed that the 902nd Ft. Mead, Maryland counterintelligence agents would “get around to looking into it”. I suspect the case was blown off due to the security manager and the officers involved (those who signed for the war plans) may have been members of fraternal orders (secret special clubs such as FOP, masons, fraternities at West Point, Skull and Bones West Point, etc…an…) I also believe it is possible that if the people in the chain of command who covered the case (they blew it off as a small security violation) are involved with selling classified documents for profit and are most likely involved with an espionage ring inside of privileged fraternities.

The CIA threat briefings that I attended for North Korea between 1994-1998 stated that if North Korea wanted to invade South Korea they would be at their strongest between those years and they had to “blow their wad” or give up their plans to invade South Korea. I believe the CIA threat briefing I received the year I found the two double wrapped copies could still be classified TOP SECRET therefore please check the CIA threat briefings to verify this INTEL (It has been more than 10 years and it should be declassified). As I stated previously I believe that it is a possibility that if North Korea had invaded South Korea that year with the war plans in hand the U.S. war plan was to use small tactical neutron bombs to thwart the invasion. In the threat briefings I was given personally by the CIA, I was informed that if the U.S. used any nukes at all on the Korean peninsula China was prepared to fire its entire nuclear arsenal at the main land United States.

That is a big gamble for the U.S. I also strongly believe due the CIA threat brief I received that year on North Korea’s military strength that North Korea paid for those war plans to be thrown into the dumpster. I strongly believe that North Korea would have invaded South Korea if they had obtained the war plans. I believe it was a MASSIVE mistake to hand the case over to the 902ND Ft. Mead Maryland due to the fact that they do not received IN DEPTH CIA threat briefs on the situation in Korea like I did, (like I said it was my job). Due to the fact that I MOST LIKELY averted a war between the U.S., North Korea, and China, (and the nuclear destruction of the entire planet), I am calling in my favor and asking that someone look into Jordan Rachel Williams murder in Jacksonville, FL the murder of the Bishop Kenny High School quarterback, the MASSIVE rise in murders in Jacksonville, FL, and CONFEDERATE POINT apartments. I BELIEVE THE BLOODS HAVE RELOCATED TO JACKSONVILLE, FL. I have called the local gang unit in the JSO and the locals are blowing me off stating that I am just being paranoid. I believe that it is a good possibility that the local police and law enforcement in Jacksonville, FL, are “on the take” with the gangs who murdered Jordan to become members of the bloods, as well as possible FARC, RAF, MS13, and Al Qaeda heroin being sold on cannabis brinks from Colombia by the large presence of “pitchfork bloods” in Jacksonville, FL.

As a trained U.S. Army Counterintelligence Special Agent I received numerous briefings and classes on identifying gangs including gang signs, lingo, GANG TAGS, clothing, colors, music, etc…an… In the 90’s the bloods were sending “blood soldiers” into the U.S. Army to receive military training and to steal equipment for the “pitch fork bloods” NARCO terrorist street gangs. After passing numerous classes I became an expert on the bloods in particular. Just after Jordan Rachel Williams was murdered in a hit and run in Jacksonville, FL on the corner of Kernan Blvd, and Hunter’s Haven (Woodland Forest subdivision) I began to notice definite gang activity in my area. All the white wanna be gangsters that went to school with Jordan began to wear red, they became aggressive, listening to gangster rap, and began to sell drugs in the area. Right after Jordan was murdered with a vehicle I noticed a young kid in my area (“Matt G” 4485 Cobblefield Circle West, Jacksonville, FL, employed at Burger King, third street, Jacksonville Beach, SSN should be available) had a friend who would visit “MATT G’S” house often with a RED FIREBIRD with the FRONT END SMASHED IN. Matt and all of his friends offered me drugs at house parties and I have seen one pound bricks of cannabis laced with heroin, cocaine, heroin, and crystal meth.

Recently several suspected bloods gang members moved into the area where Jordan was murdered and they have approached me several times to attempt to sell me drugs. They just purchased a brand new Humvee, a brand new Expedition, and a brand new Excursion (12232 Cobblefield Circle West, FL license plate numbers VENE J, EXCURSION W135F5, EXPEDITION 724 IRG) The local police blew me off and said they weren’t bloods. I also noticed the girl across the street who was friends with Jordan just purchased a brand new cadiliac (FL LP # 820 TGQ) and her “Rasta” roommate just purchased a brand new dodge charger four door. I hang out with the local wanna be white gangster kids occasionally because I am trying to find out who killed Jordan. I occasionally talk to them when they hang out in their garages when they smoke cannabis and have parties. I occasionally have a few beers with them to collect HUMINT on them and to develop COVER FOR ACTION and rapport. Until recently I was in good standing with them. At a party on Independence Day the African Americans that recently moved into the area (12232 Cobblefield Circle West) with the new vehicles became verbally aggressive with me when I walked past their party and threw several gang signs at me. I also noticed they were hanging out with Arab kids from the SYRIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH on Kernan blvd, in Jacksonville, FL, as well as what looked to me like a few black Muslims.

I believe the bloods are dusting the cannabis one pound bricks with AL QUEDA HERION from AFGANISTAN that they are purchasing from the Arabs at the SYRIAN CATHOLIC H CHURCH on KERNAN BLVD in Jacksonville FL, and the MOSQUE ON ST. JOHN’S BLUFF TO SUPPORT AL QUEADA LOGISTICALLY TO KILL SOLDIERS IN IRAQ AND AFGANISTAN. The MOSQUE in Jacksonville, FL was recently firebombed which I believe was a retaliation from the bloods on the Arab gangs over the price of AL QUEDA HEROIN FROM AFGANISTAN. I believe the bloods are moving all of their drugs in the U.S. through JAX PORT and through Jacksonville and moving the drugs up the I10, 295, 95 corridor (JACKSONVILLE BLOODS PITCHFORK,ROAD MAPS OF 95, 295 AND I10 SHOULD LOOK LIKE A PITCHFORK FROM AIRIAL PHOTOS AND MAPS). I’ve overheard them rapping about the I10, 95 295 bloods pitchfork several times at parties. I also believe AL QUEDA is moving heroin through JAXPORT and that the bloods are connect to AL QUEDA through the SYRIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH on Kernan Blvd, and the MOSQUE ON ST. JOHN’S BLUFF that was recently firebombed. I think it is a good possibility that AL QUEADA hired the bloods to sell their heroin to support their troops logistically.

Recently on 9/21/10 the kids who went to school with Jordan had a house party in which a hit and run took place on a vehicle parked at 4498 Cobblefield Circle West, Jacksonville, FL, 32224 (owner of the house (((ALISE))) Florida license plate number 820TGQ) I called JSO and the officer who came out and did the report was JSO OFFICER LIONS. There were around 25-40 people at the party wearing red and driving red cars denoting BLOODS gang activity. They were listening to gangster rap and using drugs and drinking. I walked outside and spoke to a few of them and they offered to sell me cannabis laced or “dusted” with heroin, they offered me cocaine, heroin, and crystal meth. I went back inside my house to observe the party from my window when a vehicle drove by and did a hit and run on a car parked at the party. Several of the young white wanna be gangsters jumped into a red vehicle (wearing red) and said they were going to get guns to shoot the people who ran into their car. I immediately called 911 and JSO OFFICER LIONS came out to do the report.

After that incident I decided to contact the local JSO GANG TASK FORCE and report in my INTEL on Jordan’s murder so far. I also did a walk in interview with the local FBI office. Every since I called in a RUSSIAN has been following me to the store almost every time I go shopping. THERE ARE GANG TAGS ON THE PHONE BOXES IN MY NEIBORHOOD INSINUATING THAT THE BLOODS HAVE THE PHONES TAPPED. The Russian man’s license plate number is 666 JUD that I believe is a custom plate like VENE J at the suspected bloods house. The Russian was wearing red Addis shirts and speaking into a cell phone angrily while in Publix on Kernan and Beach Blvd. He has followed me many times to the store and has even followed me into the store several times. I have good INTEL from (((CHERYL SHANG))) a local minister who does missionary work in Russia that the gangs in Russia are into Satanism as well as the “pitchfork bloods”. His other license plate is on a brand new Mercedes license plate number 687 JIT. I believe the first license plate means “satanic Jewish judge of the satanic Russian street gangs”666 JUD, and 687 JIT means a 187, a murder, a satanic murder (687 instead of 187) on a “JIT”. The bloods call a girl under 18 a “JIT” according to “MATT G”. The Russian lives on the same street that Jordan was murdered on. He may be involved with human trafficking from Russian and old eastern bloc countries as well. AFTER I CALLED THE LOCAL POLICE (9/21/10) I have noticed red cars following me around as well and people wearing red clothing and shoes. Someone should do some good police work and see how many red cars have been sold in Jacksonville, FL recently as well as red clothing and red shoes. SOMEONE SHOULD ALSO CHECK TO SEE WHO ISSUED THE FL LICENCE PLATE VENE J, 666 JUD, AND 687 JIT. I believe these are CUSTOM license plates and that someone pushed them through for the Russian and members of the gangs. IF THE BLOODS INFILTRATED THE ROAD CREW THEY MIGHT HAVE INFILTRATED THE FLORDIA DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES AS WELL. I also have reason to suspect that the Russian is helping sell the heroin for Al Queda from GEORGIA (CAUCAOUSES AREA) and is also into human trafficking.

After Jordan was murdered I noticed red, blue, and green spray painted gang tags all over Jacksonville, FL in the shape of a pitchfork. With my classes on gangs and the bloods I was taught that the red pitchforks mean that the bloods murdered someone in the area, the green pitchforks mean only the blood can sell drugs in the city, and the blue pitchforks means that they have local police and federal agents on the take. THE LOCAL POLICE AND FBI KEEP BLOWING ME OFF AND SAYING THAT I’M PARANOID. I HAVE REASON TO SUSPECT THEY ARE ON THE TAKE IN THE JSO GANG TASK FORCE WITH THE BLOODS, DUE TO THE BLUE PITCHFORKS. After Jordan was murdered I noticed gang tags all over Jacksonville, FL as well as the area where she was murdered before the road was paved over. I HAVE REASON TO SUSPECT THAT THE BLOODS ARE COVERING THEIR RED, BLUE, AND GREEN BLOODS PITCHFORK GANG TAGS THROUGH THE LOCAL ROAD CREWS. SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIND OUT WHO AUTHORIZED LARGE SPRAY PAINTED GANG TAGS IN THE LOCAL ROAD CREWS (IN THE SHAPE OF PITCHFORKS) JUST AFTER JORDAN RACHEL WILLIAMS WAS MURDERED. SOMEONE IN THAT ROAD CREW HAS TO HAVE SOME SORT OF ASSOSIATION WITH STREET GANGS. THE LOCAL POLICE ARE USING THE EXCUSE THAT THE LARGE GANG TAGS IN RED, BLUE, AND GREEN IN THE SHAPE OF L.A. BLOODS GANG PITCHFORKS ARE FOR UNDERGROUND CABLES. IF I WAS A BLOODS I WOULD INFILTRATE THE ROAD CREWS AND AUTHORIZE THOSE GANG TAGS OR PAY SOMEONE TO AUTHORIZE THEM IF I WANTED TO TAG UP A CITY AFTER MURDERING SEVERAL GOOD AMERICANS TO CLAIM THE CITY. AGAIN I SUSPECT THESE RUSSIAN GANGS AND BLOODS MIGHT TRY TO KIDNAP ME TO SELL ME TO THE ARABS AT THE SYRIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH FOR AL QUEDA. PLEASE VERIFY ALL OF THIS WITH GENERAL MARX FT. There are also new gang tags at the ARAB SYRIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH on Kernan next to where Jordan was murdered in the parking lot next to the basketball court just after the party and the hit and run on 9/21/10. I believe the bloods were sending a message to the Arab gangs with the tags stating that they aren’t playing around (basketball court) and the color RED might mean “don’t forget that we murdered that girl”. Again I suspect the Arab gangs are selling heroin to the bloods to support AL QUEADA. AGAIN I ALSO SUSPECT MOST OF THE BLOODS HAVE MOVED TO JACKSONVILLE DUE TO THE MURDER RATE. The new gang tags are red in the shape of pitchforks in the parking lot of the SYRIAN catholic church that I believe was a possible retaliation for the hit and run at the gang party on 9/21/10. Again I can show them to any real law inforcement officer who knows how to do good police work. Careers are made on cases like this and I suspect that I am dead on about everything including JSO and local law enforcement corruption.

I do not have a computer at my house and I have to use the computer at Florida State College at Jacksonville. I apologize for the roughness of this letter but I believe it is imperative that I get this POSSIBLE INTEL ON AL QUEDA out ASAP DUE TO THE FACT THAT COUNTERINTELLIGENCE SPECIAL AGENT METHODS, TECHNIQUES, AND TRADECRAFT MIGHT BE “IN HARM’S WAY”.
