The word “intent” is not the problem here. It’s the words “annoy” and “harass” which are much too vague.

Do you always distort the meanings of words or do you really not understand them?

Proving INTENT is possibly the hardest thing to ever do “beyond a reasonable doubt”.

So if you’r proud of the things you write and what you write is true, You should be proud to identify yourself.
