Only what is perceived a threat will be treated as such, but more to the point, the Department of Homeland Security should be in the business of, er security! This should be a proactive approach. We have to get out of the mind-set of trusting EVERYBODY UNTIL they cause us harm.

Hilarious! Am I happy this is not my taxpayer money. But my country seems to do the same thing with other kinds of software. I am always puzzled with how governments can waste so much money on ineffective and unreliable software.
