Sheehan had no banner. That was a misinformation lie spread purposefully by righties once it was obvious Sheehan hadn't done anything illegal. The lie is an attempt to desperately spin that Sheehan was 'protesting' and 'disruptive' which would be the only legitimate reason for an arrest on Capital grounds during the State of the Union Address.
