I don’t often do breaking news, but this is important. The Pentagon has finally released the videotapes from outside the Pentagon which show United Flight 77 crashing in to the building. If you were watching FOX News an hour ago, you probably already saw them.
Hot Air has a copy of the video from FOX News showing the full content of the tapes, as well as still frames showing the plane, very low off the ground, on its approach.
Some video of the crash previously had been leaked and publicly circulated. Still shots from the videos also have appeared in the news media. But this is the first time the federal government has officially released these videos, which were recorded by security cameras in the Pentagon parking lots.
The videos were released in response to a Freedom of Information Act request and a lawsuit by Judicial Watch, a Washington-based public interest group. — Washington Post
The Pentagon had delayed release of the video, it said, because it was being used in the trial of Zacarias Moussaoui. Now that the trial is ended and he’s safely in Supermax, Colorado, “we are able to complete your request and provide the video,” wrote William Kammer, Chief of the Department of Defense, Office of Freedom of Information.
Judicial Watch is down at the moment, though, so don’t bother clicking the link. Maybe it’ll be available again tomorrow, but in any case, the video is already available from FOX News.

Yeah… and still no one can place a commercial airliner at the site. We have holes that are the size of a missle, engines that belong to missles, eye witnesses who witnessed… missles (well, some sources claim there are no such witnesses, as if they’ve somehow more credibility than the ones who claim there are).
And these people act as if “conspiracy nuts” such as myself want the events of 9-11 to be a Reichstag-style government coup. The notion sickens and terrifies me, and nothing would give me greater comfort than to be convinced that the official story is the truth.
I think a lot of the conspiracy debunkers out there are guilty of the same cherry-picking of favorable reports of which they accuse others. They seem intensely bent on maintaining some semblance of order and stability in their worlds regardless of what actually happened. This is the only possible motivation for attempting to refute statements by simply contradicting them.

As I’ve said numerous times before, I want facts. I want scientific analysis done by real scientists using real scientific methods. Unfortunately, most “conspiracy nuts” have few or no actual facts and no actual science to back up their claims.
As for your hole, it’s the size of an airliner, not a missile.
Three facts people usually ignore, try to explain away with hand-waving distractions, or simply don’t know:
First, the Pentagon is HUGE. I mean COLOSSAL. You could park a couple of airliners in the courtyard at the center of it, and still have room for the trees.
Second, Flight 77 approached at an angle, not head-on. This is why you don’t see the silhouette of wings that you did with the WTC impacts. (The 9/11 Whitewash Commission thinks it’s because the morons flying the plane screwed up their approach the first time and had to make a sharp turn to try again.)
And third, a collision of that magnitude is expected to leave little of the plane left for anyone to find, and still they did find a few bits and pieces.

- The hole was huge … after the roof caved in. I saw the original hole live on TV – not even a fraction of the size of an airliner. Don’t forget: that jet was supposed to have come in at an angle, so its impact should’ve created a hole much bigger than its real silhouette – or, more likely, much of it ought to have just sprayed all over the area (an angular impact – the official flight path – is nominal as far as penetrating a newly-armored wall). That original tiny-hole footage was quickly & conveniently wiped from most networks’ archives, too – totally disgusting excuses for journalists spewed some garbage about not upsetting victims’ relatives, even as those same relatives were screaming for full disclosure.
- Not one body, not one seat cushion, not one food-tray, not one lousy piece of luggage, & a turbine that’s the wrong size & make. Then they literally covered up the entire lawn with dirt, not trusting their infamous chorus-line of lawn-groomers to have done a good enough job of sanitizing the area. All totally illegal, & all lost down Orwell’s Memory Hole.
- Many people inside the building reported one or more big explosions, immediately before impact, which I suppose makes them delusional conspiracy-moonbats too. Don’t say it to me, say it to THEM.
- Airliners get destabilized & even brought down by collisions (at lower velocities) with BIRDS, yet this one miraculously hacked with ease through telephone poles & light-standards, while leaving zero debris, on its way in.
- Dozens of CCTV’s with a crystal-clear POV, yet years later we get one that shows … almost nothing. The Mossaoui-evidence canard is pure black comedy, since that footage can’t link him or Al-Quaida to anything, let alone what it purports to show.
- On 9-10, Bush was a joke … today, some children in the US are literally starting their day by praying to him like a new Messiah. That radical 180 didn’t happen because of his brilliant oratory or statesmanship – 9-11 saved his ass. QUI BONO?
