		<description>While the Supreme Court did say that one has no Fourth Amendment claims to information you provide willingly to a business entity, you do have rights provided by laws passed by Congress.

For instance, the videotapes you rent are protected by law (oddly the law&#039;s not clear on whether your dvd rentals are protected or not).

And as for phone records, the Telecom act (and to some extent the Electronic Communications Protection Act) explicitly bind telecom companies as to what they can do with your communications records.</description>
