If you’ve been reading here for a while, you know I collect large numbers of stories of government stupidity, and rarely have time to share all of them or treat them all with the depth they deserve. Some of the more noteworthy or interesting ones I collect into these “bits” postings.
(It also doesn’t help that I’ve had a massive migraine headache since yesterday.)

Karl Marx would love the popular moves among politicians in various state governments and the federal government to ban so-called "junk" food in schools, and to "put healthy food in" convenience stores and on the tables of those they define as poor. It's a very elitist and arrogant mindset that promotes this ideology, and it needs to be addressed.
Ultimately, the war supporters in Congress prevailed in the vote on the resolution. Still, the vote was significant because it places every member of Congress on the record as supporting or not supporting the unconstitutional, costly, violent occupation of a country that never attacked us. This vote should serve as an important reminder to the American people of where their representatives really stand when it comes to policing the world, empire building, and war.

Even thou i was a painting and print making major in school
I have not printed any thing in years untill recently ,I could not resist setting myself up to print (silk screen or stamp)12 x 14 posters on paper that resemble street signs, scews ,line boarders,and all that read “WARNING DONT DO ANYTHING STUPID “.I have printed many and have given most of them away hoping to prevent stupid stuff from happening again .They have been very well recived by many in my community …Perhaps I should make my next road sign to read WARNING !!!DONT DO ANY THING ELSE STUPID!

Prior to and during WW2 there was a group in Germany called “Hitler Youth” which amounted to all the kids who were below conscription age (boys & girls). These kids were trained and dressed in millitary style and brainwashed with the propaganda of the day.
From what I can see, and 99% of the rest of the planet, it wont be long before you dumb yanks will be ordered to enlist your kids in “Bush Youth”, but hey! look on the bright side, at least you will know where they are as you and your family are dragged out of your homes at gunpoint and sent either to Iraq,Iran, Afghanistan, Nth Korea or to the Halliburton detainment/relocation centres/labor camps :o(

We have insularity with a “they’re all out to get us” mentality–reinforced daily via the media; “no fly” lists; wiretapping and snooping, encouraging citizens to spy on each other; restricting the right to demonstrate; banning the wearing of anti-government slogans in malls, schools, etc; a hostile police force; arrest and imprisonment without trial or a lawyer; torture; jargon such as “Islamo-fascism;” and pre-emptive wars and invasion of countries under the guise of “liberation.” But what perfectly wraps up this Stalinist paranoia package is the afore-mentioned arrest for photographing a “critical national security structure.â€
Just like in Soviet times, there is no confidence in the electoral process and in effect, there is now a one-party system. The herd of sheep is duped into thinking that “they” hate our freedoms and march to the Soviet-like, patriotic drumbeat of defending the Homeland (I HATE that term!). The passive acceptance of ludicrous threats like the “lip gloss and mascara bomb” shows just how much Americans have been inculcated with fear-mongering propoganda no matter how improbable and unable to recognise the Red tide taking over their country. I just purchased and watched the movie AMERIKA. The ending sucks, but it sure does show exactly what is happening. Just substitute the Russians For the Chinese. I am increasingly often struck dumb (speech) and astounded at the sheer
absurdity of the clap-trap we are fed daily. “You didn’t see what
you thought you saw…” seems to be the general mind-game. The towers are
a prime example of this: I have been wondering the last year if the
increasingly inaccurate weather reports are deliberately done to “curve”
our minds in this direction. Yet so many still believe whatever they
are told despite the evidence to their eyes. Sigh … The coming
elections should be a hoot!

i think every one should just avoid flying in air planes all together not because of paranoia or some obscure threat but because of the over paid zealous security hassel long lines rude guards etc etc why dont people who usually fly on planes just go on strike .dont do business with air lines any more period especially places like logan etc boy cot air line industry all to gether and stop supporting forine security companies .take a bus or a train …shesh rent a car and drive your self .the more the public supports flying the more it buys into and supports the need to hire and employ more security ,how ironic .flying, it seems has become a tool to remind the public about 911??? it sort of reminds me of a country wanting to puff up its military so it blows up a bunch of places blames it on some desart rats then justifys a boat load of new wepons hummmmmmmm…..

As for 9/11, if you think it was an inside job, you’re on the wrong planet. It wasn’t.
There’s precisely no evidence to indicate 9/11 was an inside job, and a whole shitload of evidence to indicate it was mostly what it looked like: a bunch of assholes from the Middle East who hijacked some planes and blew up buildings with them.
There’s precisely no evidence to indicate any of the buildings were brought down by controlled demolition, and a whole shitload of evidence to indicate it was mostly what it looked like: collapses caused by structural weakening from fires and impacts from the planes and the burning debris.
The government has done enough Really Bad Shit for real; there’s absolutely no need to make stuff up as people have been doing with 9/11.

I studied the videos myself, and I almost got suckered into believing that they were controlled demolitions and that 9/11 was an inside job. Then I went to find out what REALLY happened, how controlled demolitions really work, and how buildings really collapse. These are things that “9/11 truth” people simply do not want you to know, for it would prove that they’ve made everything up.
