The Constitution + The Geneva Convention Articles should also be used to prosecute the staff members authorizing torture, AS WELL AS the members of Congress that voted 'yes' to the law referenced here. Wishful thinking, I know, but it's just what came to mind. The Constitution + The Geneva Convention Articles should both be upheld, and this law shouldn’t overturn it.
