The Constitution + The Geneva Convention Articles should also be used to prosecute the staff members authorizing torture, AS WELL AS the members of Congress that voted &#039;yes&#039; to the law referenced here.

Wishful thinking, I know, but it&#039;s just what came to mind.</description>
