The firewall did its job, but the computer virtually shut down because it was so overloaded with whatever it needed to do associated with the volume of attacks coming in. It took my brother all of 30 minutes to get a name, address and satellite photo of the person's house. (Emailing him his own personal information stopped that problem immediately.)
