This is a waste of government money that is soreley needed in schools to educate students as to what are threats, and what is harmless. Then we can do away with warning labels on hairdryers and computers, if people were educated, why would they need a big shiny tag to warn them not to take their toaster in the bath with them? This way, we can rest assured that this tape dispenser will not fall into the wrong hands - terrorists, or those fuzzy-headed bunny-loving tree-hugger types who might use it to bring down Democracy.
