Homeland Stupidity passed another milestone last night, with the 10,000th comment left to the site.

The milestone comment from “george lucas” was a sentiment many of us can agree with, especially if we’ve just spent the entire lunch hour in line at the post office:

“The post office is officially on my shit list.”

Unfortunately, you didn’t win anything, because I can’t afford any prizes. Maybe if I didn’t have this horrible tax burden… but that’s another story.

Maybe by the time the 20,000th comment rolls around, I’ll have enough money saved up to buy the lucky commenter a keychain or something.

In the meantime, I want to thank all of you who comment here, for it’s you who make Homeland Stupidity what it is. And while I promise you’ll always find something to disagree with here, I hope that it will always be something to think about.

I would not turn down a prize if it were offered, but I don’t come here for that kind of a prize.
