New research conducted at Texas A&M University casts doubt on the decades-old analysis of the bullet fragments which the government used to conclude that Lee Harvey Oswald alone shot and killed President John F. Kennedy in 1963.
At issue, according to former FBI lab metallurgist William A. Tobin and Texas A&M University researchers Cliff Spiegelman and William D. James, is a now-discredited method of chemical analysis of lead from bullets which was used in the government’s official analysis. Tobin, who did metal analysis for the FBI on major cases such as the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and the 1996 TWA Flight 800 explosion, was instrumental in questioning the legitimacy of the old method. Since 2003, the FBI has used a different, more reliable method.
The researchers obtained a box of ammunition from the same lot as those used in the assassination, and found that bullets from the lot matched closely with fragments from the assassination. “Additionally, we show that one of the ten test bullets is considered a match to one or more assassination fragments,” they find in their paper. (PDF) “This finding means that the bullet fragments from the assassination that match could have come from three or more separate bullets.”
If the bullet fragments did indeed come from three or more bullets, then Oswald could not have acted alone, and another gunman must have been present, they said.
Using new guidelines set forth by the National Academy of Sciences for proper bullet analysis, Tobin and his colleagues at Texas A&M re-analyzed the bullet evidence provided to the 1976 House Select Committee on Assassinations to support the conclusion that only one shooter, Oswald, fired the shots that killed Kennedy.
Now-deceased University of California at Irvine chemist Vincent P. Guinn. told the committee that he used bullet lead analysis to conclude that the five bullet fragments recovered from the Kennedy assassination scene came from just two bullets, which were traced to the same batch of bullets Oswald owned. Guinn’s conclusions were consistent with the 1960s Warren Commission Report that found Oswald had acted alone. The House assassinations committee, however, concluded that Oswald probably was part of a conspiracy and that it was possible a second shooter fired one shot that missed the president. — Washington Post
In March,Rolling Stone published The Last Confessions of E. Howard Hunt, in which the former Central Intelligence Agency station chief and Nixon operative who spent three years in prison for his role in the Watergate scandal is said to have implicated President Lyndon Johnson and CIA officer Cord Meyer in the Kennedy assassination. Meyer’s wife is alleged to have had an affair with JFK.
I don’t know what’s true or what’s not. There are so many theories about what happened that day that one could completely lose themselves in pure research. A lot of people have done just that. The most important thing to remember is that power structures attract people who would exercise power over others, whether that power is exercised wisely or poorly, beneficently or maliciously. As we are just now beginning to relearn, it’s best to simply not have a power structure, wherever possible.

Ultimately, the war supporters in Congress prevailed in the vote on the resolution. Still, the vote was significant because it places every member of Congress on the record as supporting or not supporting the unconstitutional, costly, violent occupation of a country that never attacked us. This vote should serve as an important reminder to the American people of where their representatives really stand when it comes to policing the world, empire building, and war.

One interesting thing that nobody seems to say anything about is the Executive Order 11110 that JFK signed with the authority to basically strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government with interest. President Kennedy’s Executive Order 11110 gave the Treasury Department the explicit authority to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the treasury
I personally think that the assassination of JFK was in direct response to that Executive order. Necause not only would it screw over the private Federal Reserve’s control over the creation of money, but there is something suspicious about his assasination taking place only 10 days after the order to distribute the silver certificates was given.
Additionally, after he was assassinated the silver certificates were destroyed days later to ensure they would never be circulated.
Executive Order 11110 still stands today but no a single president has since tried to enforce it.

Straight from the “for-what-it’s-worth” department, I agree with Scott. I have believed for some time that the Fed was responsible for the man’s death. Oswald as a lone gunman? Not having the faith necessary to believe that the moon is made out of green cheese, I’m not qualified to agree with The Warren Commision.

the driver shot him, look up William Cooper n Google video or you tube there’s a whole video about it, thats why his wife was trying to jump out of the car, instead of just ducking down, the driver used the rear view mirror saw the first shot missed and fired at him over his shoulder, that’s why his head flung back, he was using a special gun with an enzyme that desolved enough of the brain to hide the trajectory of the bullet, he was later seen washing down the car, outside the hospital before anyone had a chance to run it down for evidence.
think about it, if you’re in a moving vehicle, and someone is stationary, shooting at your doesn’t it make sense, to stay in a vehicle that will be out of range of the shooter within moments? or to just duck down? whats the first instinct? to get away from where the bullets are coming from, if they were coming from somewhere else, then she would have been getting away by ducking down and waiting for a few seconds then she would have been out of range, she was getting away from what she saw, the driver of the car shoot her husband.

I think we can count that anyone directly involved in the attack is at least a senior citizen if not dead. If they have not killed anyone since on has to wonder if they are much of a rick. We have so many problem that currently need to be addressed. Why are we working so hard on this one. Then again we still have people in this nation “investigating” Lincoln’s assassination :-(

Ray makes a good point, but there is also another consideration. JFK was murdered by people who were hiding something it was a professional job, and to make it worse, his supposed killer was also murdered in public, and no one saw a thing till it was to late? why would a guy like jack ruby kill Oswald that way, knowing he would get caught?
there are various rumors, i saw the Will Cooper video too, it tells a very convincing story part of it shows that Oswald was standing in a groundfloor doorway, when JFK’s motorcade passed by.
I also remember an old TV show called Dark Skies that lasted about one season it mentioned a lot of what cooper said in his video, it aired 10 years ago, they point to JFK being shot because he was going to go public with evidence right after he was it was shown to him of a shadow government hiding a big secret.
the consideration is basically this, we have a lot of strange things our government does, much of it seems pointless or a waste of time, but they also hide a lot of stuff,
take Bush for example, he’s not quite as stupid as he looks during his speeches, when he thinks the camera is off hes a very different person.
the point is whatever they were hiding then, they are still hiding now, it could be any number of things and it is my belief that a government should not be in the business of hiding stuff from its own citizens, if it was big enough that they would murder a president in plain sight, and yet no one saw what really happened, then its important enough for the public to know what it is

The Kennedy’s mentioned to Manchester who’s best selling book was about Kennedy’s death that it would be a good day for an assasination. We have ignored the two most important details of the shooting.
But before we go there we have allowed the CIA,FBI and the Government to take us in the direction they want us to go, away from the evidence.
And now for the evidence.
WE have never been allowed any information from the witnesses ( over 60 ) including a police officer that ran almost instictively up the grassey knoll. All their comments about a shooter, puff of smoke and the smell of gun powder were dismissed by all investigating officials as nothing more than reflections coming from the knoll. 60 human’s cannot all be mistaken
The MOST important, The doctors at the emergency room attending the president.
I have film after the fact where all 4 physicians are talking about the size of the hole at the Right Rear side of the head. All 4 are discribbing the hole as big as egg.
Dr. Peter Jenkins has died. That leaves 3 Doctors that can bring the entry and exit wounds to closure.
These doctors hold the key to a world of hurt and pain.
Keeping in mind that should anyone of them open their mouth concerning the shooting, first their families will be killed starting with the offspring and then the grandkids.

The best way to stop these inhumane demons from hell is not to be supportive of thier criminal activities. Don’t talk to them and avoid them ,as much as, you can. People like this cannot be changed so, we must use security to stop them and keep them out of our lives. Some say that the wound Oswald had on his body was from back blow from shooting his rifle. This may not be true either. It could have been an infection from taking too many showers and over cleaning himself. Be sure to see the History Channel’s latest magazine on this case. If you view the photo where Oswald was said to have shot the rifle you can see that it would have been almost impossible without help. The world needs to know the truth!!
