This is a basic human problem gotten out of hand: Busy bodies, control freaks, and high-tech peeping toms given way too much power, and they abuse it. Any pretext will do. The current pretext/cover story is called "terrorism".

Dear Sir:

Good Evening

My name is José Maria Abreu, I am 38 years old, Portuguese, and I am a student at the Portuguese Military Academy in Lisbon, where I am getting a pos-graduate in Information Warfare and Competitive Intelligence.

I also have degrees in Management, International Relations and Informations / Security.

I intend to write my Master Thesis in Special Operations and Intelligence, specifically, Special Operations in Counter-Insurgency and the role of Intelligence.

I am asking for your help in order to get more information on this matter - books, articles, people I should meet, anything that can help me develop my knowledge on this subject.

Also, I am studying deeply the following subjects: Intelligence and Effects Based Operations. I want to learn more about this subjects and give my contribution in these matters.

I am also starting a Research Project on Intelligence, for which I am trying to find someone who, like me, is interested in pursuing extensive research in Intelligence.

I would like to hear from you.

Thank you very much for your attention!!

José Maria Abreu.

Wait, there's some citizens we can review for anti-patriotic tendencies.....
