It occurs to me that if you ever discovered another person who was attempting to get you to incriminate yourself WITH LEADING QUESTIONS, that you would be able to sue the pants off them right after you had them convicted of criminal conspiracy.

That includes ANYONE who cooperates with whatever agent. Keep that in mind.

Neither state nor federal officials are exempt from criminal conspiracy laws.

Of course, you would do well to get yourself a small voice-activated tape recorder and have it ready. Evidence is EVERYTHING when you are going to make your case.
