Dick Heller, who thinks of himself as “just a regular guy,” became part of history June 26, 2008, when the Supreme Court ruled in his favor in the landmark Second Amendment case which bears his name. Heller and the lead attorney on his legal team, Dane von Breichenruchardt, tell the story of how they won and what legal challenges they will bring next.
“What I’m here to do today is share with you everything we did wrong,” Heller says, “and help you pursue your issue more correctly than we did and maybe have a better game plan than we had.”
The talk was a follow-up to Heller’s keynote at the 2009 New Hampshire Liberty Forum, given the next afternoon, when most people were over their hangovers.
Heller first recapped the story he gave at the keynote of how he went from just a regular guy to champion of the Second Amendment, and then he and von Breichenruchardt discussed the legal issues surrounding the case and the lawsuits they are currently pursuing.
The New Hampshire Liberty Forum is an annual conference hosted by the Free State Project to highlight current issues in liberty and to showcase the state for potential project participants. The FSP aims to have 20,000 activists move to New Hampshire to work toward increased freedom.

Hi — me again. Could you please let me know if these are all the contributions you have? I identified at least one missing contributor, Stefan Molyneaux, of Free Domain Radio, who was a keynote speaker (available on YouTube). Do you have/will you post additional videos?
Thanks again for making these available, it’s a treat to see liberty in action. M.
