You've gone full on anarchist on me, X! I am familiar with this argument (http://mises.org/media/1184) about the Constitution and I sympathize with it philosophically but I just don't see any workable go-forward plan. Ron Paul was the most successful libertarian candidate in American history due to his constitutionalism. It broadens the message appeal versus the radical anarchists. I might even use this podcast to start another discussion on 10th Amendment Center's blog (http://blog.tenthamendmentcenter.com/2009/11/anti-constitution-libertarians/). Do I have permission for that? Any thoughts on state nullification?
